Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative – Chat Expert at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services, and ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments, capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, and summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review.
  • Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Collaborating with our cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues, improve processes, and drive business growth.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (preferred but not necessary).
  • Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change.
  • Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Gaming experience is helpful, but not required.

Requirements

To join our team, you'll need to:

  • Attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 10am-6:30pm CST.
  • Meet the qualifications outlined above.
  • Be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
