Medical Scribe and Patient Historian (Spanish Fluency Required)

We also work directly with patients to clearly understand their injuries and treatment history so physicians can focus on providing care. About the role This is a non clinical, hybrid healthcare role that is well suited for individuals who want meaningful work, flexible hours, and real exposure to healthcare operations. You will speak directly with patients, collect and organize medical histories, and help ensure medical records are accurate and complete. The work is structured, repeatable, and supported by templates and training.

  • What you will do
  • Conduct outbound phone calls with patients to collect detailed injury and medical histories in both English and Spanish.
  • Listen carefully and document information accurately using provided templates and systems
  • Review existing medical records for completeness, clarity, and internal consistency
  • Clean up and standardize medical information so it meets quality standards
  • Ensure patient histories are complete, consistent, and easy for physicians to understand
  • Review your work for accuracy before submission
  • Follow defined workflows and work expectations
  • Work closely with the operations team to continuously improve quality

  • Previous experience in medical scribing or administrative healthcare roles
  • Strong interest in healthcare or medicine
