We are hiring for one of our clients experienced media production professionals to support projects aimed at evaluating and improving AI using industry knowledge and creative storytelling expertise. This role focuses on testing AI in media production, creative problem-solving, and communication workflows. Role Overview In this role, you will design and evaluate realistic media and production scenarios to test AI reasoning and creative decision-making. You will assess AI-generated outputs for storytelling quality, production accuracy, and alignment with industry standards, while collaborating with AI researchers to enhance model understanding of creative workflows. No prior AI experience is required. This position is ideal for producers, directors, and creative professionals who want to apply their expertise to improve AI-assisted content creation and media production.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and evaluate media production and publishing scenarios to test AI reasoning and creative problem-solving
• Write clear, structured explanations covering production planning, directing, editing, and collaborative workflows
• Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, storytelling quality, and adherence to media production standards
• Collaborate with AI researchers to strengthen model understanding of creative communication and media workflows
• Provide clear, structured insights into creative and technical production processes

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Producer, Director, or in a comparable creative role within film, television, or digital media
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (completed or in progress) in Film, Media Studies, Communication, or a related field
• Strong English communication, reasoning, and storytelling skills
• Ability to clearly articulate creative and technical processes
