Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Ramp and Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a courteous and efficient manner. Your duties will include:
- Greeting passengers and providing a seamless check-in and ticketing experience
- Utilizing our reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes
- Loading, unloading, and sorting freight, mail, and baggage in a safe manner
- Achieving on-time departures and arrivals
- Operating company vehicles to transport bags to their destination
- Working in all weather conditions, both indoors and outdoors
- Providing assistance to passengers with disabilities and special needs
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old

- Have a high school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
- Be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
