Job Summary
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for leading the charge in managing the forecasting process for assigned business lines. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for business improvement, process streamlining, and automation. Your expertise in data analysis and business process improvement will be essential in driving business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the forecasting process for assigned business lines, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of forecasts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for business improvement, process streamlining, and automation
- Develop and implement data-driven process improvements to enhance existing work processes
- Analyze data to identify trends and patterns, and provide insights to inform business decisions
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Provide training and support to team members on forecasting and data analysis best practices
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in forecasting and data analysis
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, forecasting, or a related field
- Proven expertise in data analysis and business process improvement
- Strong understanding of SQL and data visualization tools
- Experience with reporting and dashboard tools, such as Sigma and Tableau
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Experience in a logistics or transportation company
- Certification in business analysis or data analysis
- Experience with cloud-based platforms and tools
- Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles
