Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll provide exceptional assistance and support to policyholders, addressing their insurance queries proactively. You'll manage and maintain policy records, advise clients on suitable insurance coverage, and offer guidance and support throughout the claims process. Responsibilities

* Client Interaction: Provide exceptional assistance and support to policyholders, addressing their insurance queries proactively.

  • Policy Servicing: Manage and maintain policy records, ensuring clients' details are up-to-date and accurately reflected.
  • Risk Assessment: Advise clients on suitable insurance coverage based on comprehensive evaluations of their needs.
  • Claims Assistance: Offer guidance and support to clients throughout the claims process, ensuring seamless resolution.
  • Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to broaden the clients' coverage portfolios by recommending additional or alternative products.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure the delivery of highest standards of customer service.

Requirements

* Licensing: Valid Colorado Property & Casualty License Preferred. Willing to Train. Must obtain a License within 90 days, Licensing assistance available and paid for.

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in insurance sales or customer service within the industry.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication capabilities, with an emphasis on clarity and empathy.
  • Customer Service: Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and provide effective solutions to client issues.
  • Teamwork: Cooperative and able to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous and able to handle multiple tasks with accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Technology: Comfortable using insurance-related software and communication tools.

* Annual Base Salary Based on Experience: Competitive salary range of $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year.
