Your Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Directly engaging with arenaflex's pharmacy customers, interacting with them via various communication channels and providing assistance on various topics
  • Researching and identifying potential solutions for customer problems, and following up diligently to ensure that client needs are met satisfactorily
  • Building customer relationships, offering innovative solutions, and complying with stringent safety and regulatory requirements
  • Handling inbound calls and other forms of messaging, and providing exceptional service to our customers
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and concerns, and providing support and guidance to our customers

What You'll Need

* A record of serving customers for a period of one to two years

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
  • The aptitude to manage multiple tasks and analyze them thoroughly, with a focus on continuous improvement and problem-solving
  • Flexibility to shift schedule and put in additional hours as the situation requires
  • A mindset of striving for excellence, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and support

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications, customer service) preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, with a focus on phone and email support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on continuous improvement and problem-solving
  • Flexibility to shift schedule and put in additional hours as the situation requires

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a focus on phone and email support

  • Knowledge of customer service software and systems, with a focus on continuous improvement and problem-solving
  • Experience working in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork
