Key Responsibilities

As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting inbound and outbound customer service calls with customers
  • Creatively problem-solving to resolve customer issues
  • Quickly assessing customer needs and providing sound solutions
  • Providing a high-level of customer service
  • Documenting details of all calls and customer interactions
  • Managing through multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Experience handling inbound and outbound calls
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
  • Computer skills, including navigating multiple tabs, windows, and systems
  • Basic typing skills
  • Strong customer service and written skills
  • Comfortable empathizing and remaining patient with difficult callers

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing role
  • Familiarity with multiple software systems and programs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you will be responsible for your own tax obligations and expenses. You will earn payment for completed services, with varying pay structures depending on the program and opportunity. You may also receive performance-based pay or other incentives.

Application and Certification Process

To become an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you will need to:

  • Complete an application to join arenaflex Nation
  • Pass a background and credit check (with a $45 processing fee paid directly to our vendor)
  • Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement
  • Complete a W9 form
  • Meet any additional requirements specific to the program or opportunity

Program Metrics Requirements

Some programs may require Independent Contractors to provide services above posted minimum standards to maintain eligibility. You will be notified of any specific requirements for the program or opportunity you choose.

Availability

As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you will have the flexibility to choose your own schedule, working in 30-minute blocks. You will be able to dictate when and how often you commit to servicing our clients, with the potential to earn higher earnings as you increase your availability.
