Job Summary

As a Live Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing real-time assistance to our customers through live chat, resolving their queries and issues efficiently, and maintaining a high standard of customer service. You'll engage with customers in real-time, ensuring that their needs are met promptly and professionally. You'll also collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality support, document customer interactions and feedback, and stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Responsibilities

* Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to provide support and assistance

  • Resolve customer queries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service
  • Document customer interactions and feedback for analysis and improvement
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the development of new processes and procedures to improve customer satisfaction and support

Requirements

* 1+ years of experience in customer support or a related field

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using live chat software and CRM systems
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong time management and organizational skills

Nice-to-Haves

* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software

  • Knowledge of insurance industry products and services
  • Experience with live chat software and other customer support tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Fluency in multiple languages
