What You'll Do

As an Experienced Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Connecting directly with veterinary facilities to arrange prescription approvals, resolve client issues, and explain order requests
  • Examining and resolving issues to determine suitable solutions for clients and center partners, and following up as necessary to resolve issues
  • Completing data entry of solutions into arenaflex's healthcare software
  • Maintaining a high level of quality through data entry and order handling of veterinary pharmacy orders
  • Working with empathy, attention to detail, patience, compassion, and thoughtfulness to clients and partners alike
  • Working with a willingness to learn and grow, and being open to feedback and development opportunities
  • Communicating with veterinary facilities via telephone (and occasionally other channels) with various topics, primarily using our internal software and systems to explore solutions and record center note accounts
  • Expecting a significant portion of the average business day to be spent on outbound veterinary facility/client telephone contacts

What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:

  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
  • The ability to multitask (e.g., chatting on the phone while exploring on the computer and taking notes)
  • A strong work ethic, with a focus on ownership, self-motivation, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • The ability to obtain a Pharmacy Technician License from the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy (where applicable)
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Demonstrated ability to perform multiple tasks and excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to adjust to changing business needs and adapt to new situations
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • A strong commitment to punctuality and attendance
