Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Engaging with customers through live chat to provide assistance and support, resolving their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure consistent and quality service delivery, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies, ensuring that you're always equipped to provide accurate and helpful information to our customers
  • Escalating customer issues to appropriate departments when necessary, ensuring that every customer receives the support they need
  • Maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency, meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying ahead of the curve in customer service and support

Requirements

To be successful as a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex customer issues
  • Proficiency in typing and navigating online chat platforms, with experience using CRM software and other customer service tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and customer service

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in customer service or a related field, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
