Key Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service support and resolving routine problems and questions regarding arenaflex's products and/or services
• Interacting with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or the internet, utilizing your excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
• Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
• Adhering to arenaflex's policies, procedures, and quality standards

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Spanish and English, with the ability to read, write, and speak both languages with ease
• Customer Service Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Availability: Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Work Environment: A quiet, distraction-free environment in your home, with a dedicated workspace and reliable internet connection
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, eagerness to learn new technologies, and strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
• Hardware Requirements: High-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
• Residency: Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
