We're seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and intelligent Customer Success & Project Coordinator to join our team as a freelance, part-time, flexible contractor. As a Customer Success & Project Coordinator at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting the rollout of our innovative technology in senior living communities. You'll be the primary point of contact for clients, providing training, documentation, and ongoing guidance to ensure seamless adoption. Your exceptional communication skills, technical acumen, and problem-solving abilities will help you navigate complex situations and drive customer satisfaction.

About the Role

We're looking for a highly skilled and adaptable individual who can thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. As a Customer Success & Project Coordinator, you'll be responsible for:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for clients during the rollout process
  • Providing comprehensive training, documentation, and ongoing guidance to ensure successful adoption
  • Coordinating implementation timelines with senior living communities and internal teams
  • Monitoring project progress, proactively addressing client concerns and roadblocks
  • Gathering feedback and relaying insights to internal teams for continuous improvement
  • Ensuring customers are fully equipped with the knowledge and tools needed for a seamless deployment
  • Responding to inbound inquiries from potential customers and providing them with the necessary information to make informed purchasing decisions
  • Following up with existing customers to ensure they stay happy and engaged throughout their subscription

Qualifications

  • Flexible and willing to wear many hats
  • Experience working with senior living communities is a plus

Work Details & Compensation

As a freelance, part-time, flexible contractor, you'll enjoy:
