As a remote Online Customer Service Representative, you'll have the opportunity to provide world-class customer experience to our customers through inbound phone calls. This is not a call center job; you'll be working with a team of insurance experts who handle inbound customer inquiries about our policies and help customers troubleshoot.
Key Responsibilities
* Obtain and maintain your Property and Casualty License
- Work independently, take initiative, and work with little supervision
- Maintain regular and timely attendance
- Ability to make decisions, problem solve, and hold to an ethical standard
- Ability to manage individual stress/composure
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements and Qualifications
* High School Diploma
- 2 years' experience in customer service
- Designated Space and Internet Capability to Work from Home
- Experienced with the Microsoft Office Suite

* Compensation Range: $18-$20 per hour
- Work Location: Remote
- Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
