The Role

As an experienced Travel Agent with arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, booking air and ground transportation, researching and identifying the best pricing and travel options, and planning and promoting various travel accommodations and scenarios. Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, and we're looking for someone who shares our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

* Book air and ground transportation for clients, ensuring seamless and stress-free travel experiences

• Research and identify the best pricing and travel options to meet client needs, providing expert advice and recommendations
• Book hotel accommodations based on clients' preferences, ensuring a perfect fit for their travel style and budget
• Plan and promote various travel accommodations and scenarios, including customized itineraries and packages
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer service
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, developments, and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance client experiences and drive business growth

Qualifications
