Business Analyst Remote- US Only
Dhaka Technologies Limited Company (DTLC) is looking for a Business Analyst to support a long-term IT modernization engagement with a state government client through the Louisiana Office of Technology Services (OTS). Primary: Remote (Continental US) What you'll do: ▪ Document and analyze business requirements using Agile methodologies ▪ Consult with management to identify operational procedures, needs, and objectives ▪ Manage and prioritize the product backlog and write user stories ▪ Support application programmers with business and technical analysis ▪ Identify and document legacy system business processes ▪ Participate in all Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, retrospectives) Required experience: ✔ 3+ years as a Business Analyst (eliciting, analyzing, and documenting requirements) ✔ 2+ years working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban) ✔ Strong verbal and written communication skills ✔ Experience creating requirements documentation for complex projects ✔ Experience with government modernization projects including replacement of legacy regulatory or licensing systems ✔ Experience with permitting, compliance tracking, or financial/reporting systems ✔ Experience writing operating procedures, user guides, or training materials Nice to have: ⭐ PMI-PBA or CBAP certification ⭐ QA testing experience ⭐ Wireframe/mockup creation using Figma or similar tools Additional requirements: ▪ Must be based in the continental US and available for occasional travel to Baton Rouge, LA ▪ Must be available for the full contract term with no gaps in availability ▪ May be required to work state holidays and weekends to meet critical deadlines ▪ Must comply with OTS Contract Monitor oversight including timesheet verification Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
