As a Virtual Assistant at arenaflex, you'll be an integral part of our team, working from the comfort of your own home to provide exceptional support to our clients.

Job Summary

We're seeking highly skilled Virtual Assistants to join our team in various departments, including Client Support, Reductions, Demands preparation, Medical Management, Intake Case Management, and Senior Case Management. As a Virtual Assistant, you'll work from home, providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients. You'll be responsible for answering and screening incoming calls, taking and delivering messages, logging phone calls and documents, and assisting office staff with clerical duties.

Responsibilities

As a Virtual Assistant at arenaflex, your responsibilities will vary depending on the department you're hired for, but may include:

  • Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming calls to the appropriate person
  • Taking and delivering messages or transferring calls to voicemail when appropriate personnel are unavailable
  • Logging phone calls and documents into our online document management system
  • Assisting office staff with clerical duties, including faxing, copying, and organizing/maintaining files
  • Maintaining frequent communication with clients and answering questions
  • Obtaining insurance coverage information timely
  • Following up with medical treatments and ensuring proper care
  • Obtaining medical provider records and bills
  • Communicating with insurance companies on treatment status and updating adjuster information on the system

Qualifications and Required Skills

To be successful as a Virtual Assistant at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • To be punctual and committed to working overtime on occasion
  • To speak English and Spanish fluently
  • To have solid written and verbal communication skills
  • To be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • To be a self-starter and multi-tasker
  • To be able to work independently
  • To have a computer (desktop or laptop) with a Core I5 or above processor, 12 GB of RAM, and at least Windows 10 installed
  • To have a USB noise-cancelling headset
  • To have a webcam for daily meetings and huddles
  • To have an internet speed of at least 35Mbps download and 15Mbps upload

Benefits and Compensation

As a Virtual Assistant at arenaflex, you'll enjoy:

  • A monthly payment of $1000, plus $50 to cover transfer fees
  • Payments are processed once per month and deposited on the last business day of each month
  • The option to withdraw your payment via Direct Deposit to your bank account using SWIFT CODE and your bank account number, Pay Pal, Payoneer, or Wise
