Real Estate Broker of Record
Job Overview We are seeking am innovative Real Estate Broker of Record to lead our real estate operations with expertise and integrity. This critical role involves overseeing all brokerage activities, conducting training, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards, and fostering strong relationships. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. As the Broker of Record, you will champion our commitment to ethical practices, innovative marketing strategies, and organizational excellence to drive growth and success in the competitive real estate market.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary licensed broker responsible for all real estate transactions and activities within an assigned territory and as backup for an additional territory
- Nurture, develop and support a high quality remote staff.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations, local laws, and industry standards across all dealing
- Lead local recruiting efforts to secure quality teams for clients while maintaining ethical standards
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies
- Provide guidance and mentorship to real estate agents and administrative staff to enhance performance and professional development
- Maintain thorough documentation of transactions, legal compliance records, and administrative reports
- Innovate and implement industry best practices to inform strategic decisions
Requirements
- A client first attitute.
- Valid and active real estate broker license in NJ or PA
- Extensive knowledge of real estate law, Fair Housing regulations, and property management practices
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency is highly desirable
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service while managing multiple priorities effectively
- Solid organizational skills with attention to detail in administrative processes and legal documentation
- Focus on learning, innovating, and implementing best practices
- Background in real estate administrative functions is preferred
- Current qualification as an instructor preferred, or will assist in becoming qualified
- Current multidisiplinary licensure, or will assist with obtaining
