Location Requirement: Candidates must reside in Northern New Jersey. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with shippers and carriers
- Generate new business opportunities and manage existing accounts
- Negotiate rates and coordinate truckload shipments
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure on-time delivery
- Work closely with operations to ensure smooth execution of shipments
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in truckload brokerage (required)
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Compensation:
- Competitive base salary
