Part-Time Learning Pod Guide | Host a Small Student Group
Love working with kids? Help create a small, supportive learning community while earning supplemental income as a Sunny Guide. Sunny Microschools is looking for warm, reliable adults in Florida who are open to hosting a small learning pod in their home or an approved community space. You do not have to build a school from scratch. Sunny provides the teachers, curriculum, systems, family enrollment support, and ongoing guidance. You provide the in-person environment where students feel safe, supported, and connected. This is not a traditional teaching job. You do not need to be a certified teacher. Sunny leads the academics. You host the local pod experience. As a Sunny Guide, you will:
- Host a small group of students
- Provide a warm, welcoming space
- Help students follow the daily rhythm
- Welcome interested families for visits
Sunny provides:
- Certified teacher-led live instruction
- Curriculum and learning tools
- Differentiated learning and progress tracking
- Parent enrollment and onboarding
- Step Up scholarship support
- Marketing and lead generation support
- Guide training, templates, and ongoing support
Schedule:
- 4 days/week
- 4 hours/day
- Monday to Thursday
Compensation includes:
- Hourly pay for program hours worked
- Monthly bonus for each enrolled student
