Follow-Up Specialist / Closer
About the Role
Southern Equity Recovery is expanding and looking for experienced follow-up specialists who can convert warm leads into completed agreements. This is not a cold-calling role. You will be working with individuals who have already been contacted and expressed some level of interest. Your responsibility is to follow up, build trust, and guide them through the process to completion. What You’ll Do
- Follow up with warm leads provided by the team
- Build rapport and establish trust with prospects
- Handle questions and concerns professionally
- Guide prospects through a simple agreement process
- Stay on calls while assisting clients in completing agreements
- Maintain consistent follow-up until deal is completed
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Experience in sales, collections, or high-touch follow-up roles
- Ability to manage multiple conversations over time
- Persistent and disciplined with follow-ups
- Comfortable working in a performance-based environment
Compensation
- Commission-based (no cap)
- Higher earning potential than entry-level roles
Typical earnings:
- $5,000–$12,000+/month
- Top performers can exceed this with consistency
Payout cycle typically ranges 40–60 days depending on deal completion. Important
- This is not hourly or salaried
- Income is based on performance and completed deals
- Requires consistency and strong follow-up discipline
