About the Role

As a customer support representative, you'll play a crucial role in making entrepreneurs and marketers happy and successful by supporting them in using our arenaflex software. With empathy and technical understanding, you'll meet our customers in a solution-oriented manner to master their challenges together. You'll act proactively to continuously increase customer benefits and accelerate our growth as a team player.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer customer requests, handle bug issues, and investigate customer accounts to resolve problems

  • Categorize and analyze insights from conversations with customers to improve our products and processes
  • Identify potential areas for improvement in the customer journey and self-service
  • Maintain and expand articles, bots, knowledge libraries, and auto-replies to achieve fast and qualitative support
  • Take responsibility for own projects and ensure they're completed within a quarter to improve support services
  • Participate in customer onboarding calls if needed to ensure a smooth start with our product

Who We're Looking For

* You have experience in handling customer inquiries and providing solutions in chat conversations, from beginner to advanced questions

  • You're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and think customer-first
  • You have a strong passion for online marketing and can handle customer inquiries with an excellent communication strategy and style
  • You're good at finding, running, and finishing projects, and can organize your day and prioritize tasks
  • You're able to share constructive feedback and are open to feedback
  • You understand and identify customer needs that aren't met and forward potential solutions to the team lead
  • You have excellent communication skills in German (native) and English (fluent)
  • It's a great advantage if you have technical knowledge of marketing tools (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, Zapier, email tools) and social media
  • Not a requirement, but an advantage if you have a technical background or experience in tech support
