- Master’s Degree from an ACOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current Arizona OT licensure
- Valid IVP fingerprint clearance card (must be obtained prior to start)
- Experience working in school settings preferred, but passionate new grads are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to diverse student needs across various age groups
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to students from Pre-K through 12th grade according to IEP goals
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student goals
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with district and legal standards
- Travel between multiple campuses as assigned (reliable transportation required)
- Attend required meetings and participate in professional development
