Public Adjuster - 1099 position. - Residential and Commercial Insurance Claims. GA - Remote.

Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Public Adjuster operating on a 1099 independent contractor basis, specializing in residential and commercial insurance claims. This remote role is based in Georgia, offering the flexibility to manage claims from your GA home location while providing vital support to policyholders. As a Public Adjuster, you will advocate for clients by thoroughly assessing damages, negotiating settlements, and ensuring fair claim resolutions. Your expertise will help clients navigate complex insurance processes with confidence and clarity, making a meaningful difference during their times of need. Duties

• Investigate and evaluate property damage claims for both residential and commercial policies.
• Document damages through detailed reports, photographs, and estimates using estimating software.
• Negotiate claim settlements with insurance adjusters to indemnify client recoveries.
• Communicate proactively with clients to explain the claims process, answer questions, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Analyze policy coverage and legal considerations.
• Organize claim files efficiently, track progress using CRM software, and ensure timely completion of all claim-related tasks.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Public Adjuster or Independent Adjuster, with a focus on residential and commercial properties.
• Strong understanding of carrier policy.
• Demonstrated skills in negotiation, analysis, and organizational management to handle multiple claims effectively.
• Familiarity with estimating software ( Xactimate ) used in claims processing.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and professionally.
