Principal AI Research Scientist, Generative Models

This role offers the unique opportunity to push the boundaries of artificial intelligence and contribute to groundbreaking research with real-world applications. You will lead ambitious research projects, focusing on developing novel algorithms and techniques for generative AI, including but not limited to large language models, image synthesis, and reinforcement learning. Your responsibilities will involve conducting theoretical and applied research, publishing findings in top-tier conferences and journals, and collaborating closely with engineering teams to translate research prototypes into production-ready systems. We are looking for a candidate with a Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a closely related quantitative field, coupled with extensive post-doctoral or industry research experience. A strong publication record in leading AI conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) is a must. Expertise in deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), probabilistic modeling, and numerical optimization is essential. Experience with distributed training and large-scale data processing is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of mathematical foundations of AI, and the ability to mentor junior researchers.
