The Role
As a Danish-speaking Customer Support Specialist, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone and email. You will be responsible for:
- Providing accurate information about new bookings, rebookings, and cancellation options for air and rail travel, hotel bookings, and more
- Finding solutions for each individual customer to ensure their journey runs smoothly
- Collaborating with our team to resolve customer complaints and issues
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to our clients
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must be:
- Fluent in Danish (written and spoken)
- Proficient in English (written and spoken)
- Flexible and dynamic, with a positive attitude and a passion for customer service
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable with technology and willing to learn new systems and tools
