Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries through live chat, email, and other digital channels in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving customer issues and concerns in a prompt and effective way, while promoting arenaflex's energy services and products
  • Providing accurate and helpful information about our energy services and products to customers

Requirements and Qualifications
