Attorney (Public Entity & Tort Litigation)
Attorney - Public Entity & Tort Litigaiton Career Consulting Partners has partnered with a nationally recognized law firm with nearly 250 attorneys throughout the US. We are searching for an associate attorney with 3 years of personal injury litigation experience. Experience with representing municipalities and public entities in personal injury and tort matters, including premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, and general negligence claims, is preferred. Responsibilities:
- Independently handle litigation cases from inception to resolution.
- Draft and argue dispositive motions with strong law and motion skills.
- Take and defend depositions effectively.
- Provide strategic guidance and advocacy in real estate and business litigation matters.
- Collaborate with clients and team members to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Prepare cases for trial and participate in trial proceedings (trial experience is a plus).
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience.
- Admission to practice law in California (required).
- Strong academic background.
- Excellent writing, research, and analytical abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
- Experience with title insurance litigation, insurance coverage, real estate, or business litigation is preferred but not required.
- This position requires a candidate with strong academic credentials, excellent legal writing and analytical skills, and the ability to manage cases independently.

Location:
- This position may be remote, but the attorney is expected to travel to court and client meetings as necessary.

Salary/Compensation:
- $130,000 - $185,000
- The salary within that range will depend on the selected candidate’s years of practice and experience.
