Fractional Inside Sales Director

This position is remote, but for US-based candidates only. We are hiring a Fractional Inside Sales Director. What You’ll Do

  • Assess current inside sales performance, pipeline, and team structure
  • Identify gaps in process, positioning, and execution
  • Implement scalable sales processes, cadences, and playbooks
  • Improve conversion rates across inbound and outbound channels
  • Establish forecasting discipline and pipeline visibility
  • Coach and develop SDRs, BDRs, and inside sales reps
  • Partner with leadership on go-to-market and revenue strategy
  • Help build or refine hiring plans for inside sales talent

What We’re Looking For

  • 8–15+ years of inside sales leadership experience
  • Proven track record of improving sales performance in short timeframes
  • Experience in B2B or high-growth environments preferred
  • Strong operational mindset with hands-on execution ability
  • Ability to quickly diagnose issues and implement solutions
  • Experience working in fractional, consulting, or advisory roles is a plus
  • Strong communication and leadership presence
