We specialize in Digital, Enterprise, and IT staffing solutions. We partner with leading organizations across the United States to deliver high-quality talent and build long-term client relationships. Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive / Client Partner to drive business growth by building strong client relationships and identifying new revenue opportunities. This role owns the full sales lifecycle—from prospecting to closing—while acting as a strategic advisor to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and engage potential clients across industries such as Technology, Healthcare, and Enterprise IT
  • Own the complete sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, pitching, negotiation, and deal closure
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition leaders
  • Understand client hiring needs and position staffing/talent solutions effectively
  • Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to ensure high-quality candidate delivery
  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and referrals
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Track all sales activities using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo.io)
  • Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and client feedback to leadership

Required Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in B2B sales, IT staffing, or IT services
  • Proven track record of closing deals and driving revenue growth
  • Strong client-facing experience with excellent relationship management skills
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in staffing, recruitment, or consulting industry
  • Established network within Healthcare Tech, AI, or Enterprise IT companies
  • Experience working with System Integrators (SIs) or startups
  • Understanding of hiring trends in AI/ML, Data Engineering, and Software Development
