Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy aligned with overall marketing goals.
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) for all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a 'social' way while cultivating leads and sales.
- Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g., Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, and blog layout).
- Analyze key metrics and adjust strategies as needed to optimize performance and achieve objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Facilitate online conversations with customers and respond to queries.
- Report on social media campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other social media best practices.
- Understanding of social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Strong understanding of social media KPIs.
- Familiarity with web design and publishing.
- Excellent multitasking, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
