Job Summary

As a Live Chat Support Agent, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers in real-time through live chat, resolving their queries and issues efficiently, and providing accurate information to enhance their experience with our agency. You'll work closely with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service, document customer interactions and feedback, and stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.

Responsibilities

Key Qualifications

* 1+ years of experience in customer support or a related field

  • Proficiency in using live chat software and CRM systems
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
