Our company specializes in niche market all-inclusive vacations and we are looking for someone with a passion for travel and a strong knowledge of the industry to help us provide exceptional service to our clients. As a Remote Travel Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home while still being a part of a dynamic and innovative team. This is a full-time position with flexible hours, allowing you to create a work-life balance that suits your needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized travel planning services to clients looking for all-inclusive vacations in niche markets
• Utilize your knowledge of the travel industry to recommend and book the best vacation options for clients, including flights, accommodations, activities, and more
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their travel preferences and provide tailored recommendations
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes to ensure the best possible service for clients
• Collaborate with team members to create unique and memorable vacation experiences for clients
• Use various booking systems and tools to research, plan, and book travel arrangements
• Handle all aspects of the booking process, including reservations, payments, and cancellations
• Provide exceptional customer service and handle any issues or concerns that may arise during the booking process or while clients are on their vacation
• Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a travel consultant, with a focus on all-inclusive vacations
• Strong knowledge of niche markets and the all-inclusive vacation industry
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using various booking systems and tools
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Passion for travel and a desire to help clients create unforgettable vacation experiences
• Must be able to work full-time and have a flexible schedule to accommodate different time zones and client needs
• Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace at home
