Job Overview

As a Live Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through our online chat platform. You'll assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and product information in a timely and professional manner. This part-time position offers a competitive salary range of $22 to $30 per hour and the opportunity to work from home (WFH) in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information through live chat - Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues - Offer product recommendations and assist with purchases - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times - Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company information to provide accurate and informed responses - Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards - Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements

- 1+ years of customer service experience - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills - Proficiency in typing and computer skills - Familiarity with online chat platforms and customer service software - Ability to work independently in a remote setting - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in a customer-facing role in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of customer service software and online chat platforms - Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Experience with data entry and record-keeping
