We're seeking a Senior Technical Product Owner to support a global, innovative healthcare organization. This Temp role is based remotely, working within a dynamic product operating model. Join our client, a company committed to redefining customer engagement through cutting-edge technology and collaborative teamwork. *Senior Technical* *Product Owner Responsibilities:* * Lead the development and management of the global roadmap for omnichannel orchestration capabilities, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities. * Experience working with technology platforms that deliver campaign deliverables - email, SMS, websites, social media, apps, and physical stores OOH/Activations --ensuring a seamless, cohesive, and personalized experience. * Collaborate closely with stakeholders and technical teams to define product requirements, priorities, and success metrics. * Drive discovery efforts by engaging with users and stakeholders to validate needs and technical feasibility before development. * Monitor adoption metrics and outcomes to inform continuous improvement and demonstrate product impact. * Manage documentation, sprint planning, and experimentation initiatives to optimize the orchestration engine and related processes. *Senior Technical **Product Owner Qualifications:* * Bachelor's degree in business, technology, marketing, science, or related field. * 8+ years of experience working in digital product management, omnichannel engagement, or related roles within regulated industries. * Experience designing scalable product frameworks, governance standards, and decisioning logic. * Familiarity with journey orchestration platforms, customer data ecosystems, and cross-channel execution systems. * Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SmartPATH, Braze, SAP Engagement Cloud, Attentive or similar * Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across diverse teams. *Perks and Benefits:* * Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance. * Life Insurance. * 401(k) Program. * Commuter Benefit. * eLearning and Ongoing Training. * Education Reimbursement. * Eligibility requires working over 30 hours per week on an assignment lasting at least 10 weeks.
