Job Responsibilities:

As a Live Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing real-time support to customers via live chat, ensuring timely and professional resolution of their queries and issues
  • Assisting customers with product inquiries, technical issues, and troubleshooting, using your problem-solving skills to resolve complex problems
  • Collaborating with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues, ensuring seamless communication and resolution
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, using our CRM system to track and analyze customer data
  • Staying up-to-date with arenaflex's products and services, using this knowledge to provide expert support and guidance to customers

Key Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of resolving complex customer issues
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus, but not essential
  • Proficiency in typing and computer skills, with experience using CRM systems and live chat software
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or technical support is preferred, but we're open to candidates with transferable skills and experience
