Role Description This is a contract, remote role for a Master Instructor at PepperBall®. The Master Instructor will conduct training sessions for law enforcement, military, and correctional professionals on the safe and effective use of PepperBall products. Responsibilities include preparing training materials, delivering in-person and virtual sessions, assessing trainees’ performance, and ensuring alignment with organizational safety standards. The role also involves providing feedback for product development and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of non-lethal practices and technologies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in training and educating professionals, preferably in law enforcement, military, or correctional settings.
  • Strong communication and public speaking skills to effectively engage diverse audiences.
  • Knowledge of non-lethal tools and de-escalation tactics, with a focus on safety and compliance.
  • Ability to adapt training methods for various settings, including in-person and remote environments.
  • Strong organizational skills for planning and documenting training sessions.
  • Experience with instructional design and creating training materials is a plus.
  • Previous certifications or experience with PepperBall or similar non-lethal tools preferred.
  • Willingness to travel as required for training sessions.
