Visit rate.com for more information. What's the Role? We are currently seeking a hard-working, dedicated Mortgage Loan Closer to join our innovative and passionate team. Pay Range: $24-27/hr plus bonus Responsibilities:
- Prepare Closing packages using Encompass and Doc Magic system.
- Review Closing Disclosure and required @ funding documents for accuracy.
- Provide funding authorization to Title/Escrow Agents.
- Experience and extensive knowledge of new TRID guidelines.
- Knowledge of State Bond programs a plus!
Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a “High Volume" environment.
- Great work ethic.
- Must have experience with Encompass.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Mortgage Closings preparing closing packages and funding loans.
