The Role

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our business operations by accurately and efficiently processing data. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping us make data-driven decisions, identify trends, and drive business growth. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless data entry, maintenance, and reporting, using a range of tools and software.

Key Responsibilities

* Classify and enter data into spreadsheets, databases, and customer relationship management systems with high accuracy and attention to detail

  • Conduct thorough research on websites to gather information and verify data
  • Audit reports and sheets of data to identify errors, duplicates, or inconsistencies
  • Verify, correct, and delete unnecessary data, or combine data from multiple sources
  • Review finalized work for errors or duplicate entries before submitting the final product
  • Obtain additional information for documents deemed incomplete
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless data entry, maintenance, and reporting

Requirements

* Proficient computer skills, including: + Word processing + Spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) + Presentation software + Databases and customer database systems

  • Strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • Experience with Slack and Google Meet
  • Expertise in computer research
  • Comprehensive knowledge of data entry
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Excellent typing accuracy (at least 60 words per minute)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with data analysis and reporting

  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Experience with presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides)
  • Certification in data entry or a related field
