What You'll Do

As an Overnight Card Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling routine customer service inquiries and problems via telephone, digital, or chat channels. You'll use your exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively. Your tasks will include:

  • Handling customer inquiries about reward redemptions, customer information updates, card activations, making payments, processing lost or stolen cards, statement and APR inquiries, and processing credit line increase and decrease requests
  • Utilizing multiple systems to respond to, troubleshoot, and document customer inquiries
  • Building the arenaflex Financial brand by providing industry-leading care and innovative solutions
  • Assisting over 100+ customers per day in a fast-paced, back-to-back call environment via phone, online, or chat

How You'll Do It

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where no two interactions are the same. You'll need to be able to:

  • Energetically engage with customers to resolve their issues
  • Utilize multiple systems to respond to, troubleshoot, and document customer inquiries
  • Leverage standard screens, verbatim scripts, and procedures to resolve customer issues
  • Build strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1+ year of customer service experience preferred
  • 1+ year of recent third-shift experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information

Physical and Cognitive Requirements

This role requires the following physical and cognitive abilities:

  • Primarily remain in a stationary position
  • No required movement about the work environment to complete the major responsibilities of the job
  • Primarily performed indoors in an office setting
  • Ability to operate office equipment such as computers, telephones, printers, and calculators
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in written form

Bonus Points

If you have:

  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • 1+ year of recent third-shift experience
  • A high school diploma or GED
