Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Success Specialist. As a key point of contact for our clients' customers, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, concerns, and providing information through inbound and outbound phone calls. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to build strong relationships with our clients and their customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers in placing online orders: You will be the primary point of contact for customers using our clients' food ordering app, providing assistance with placing orders, and ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Providing support through phone calls: You will handle customer inquiries, concerns, and provide information through inbound and outbound phone calls, ensuring that customers receive the support they need.
  • Processing payments securely: You will be responsible for processing payments securely, ensuring that customer transactions are handled efficiently and effectively.
  • Proactively supporting customers and maintaining brand reputation: You will work proactively to support customers, addressing their concerns and issues, and maintaining a positive brand reputation.
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues: You will identify and escalate priority issues to ensure that customers receive timely and effective support.
  • Collaborating with the team to improve customer support: You will work closely with the team to improve customer support, sharing best practices and ideas to enhance the customer experience.
  • Maintaining and improving service quality: You will be responsible for maintaining and improving service quality, ensuring that customers receive the highest level of support and service.

Qualifications

To be successful as a Customer Success Specialist at arenaflex, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Education: A Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent in any field.
  • Work Experience: At least 6 months in customer support; call center experience is advantageous but not mandatory. Fresh graduates can apply.
  • Language: B2 level proficiency in English and Mandarin.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Customer service-oriented, active listening, and ability to handle inquiries professionally.
  • Technical Skills: Typing speed of at least 40wpm with 90% accuracy, and computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office.
