Job Overview

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be part of a globally renowned team that is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, orders, and product information, resolving issues promptly, and navigating systems to provide accurate and timely information. Your primary goal will be to deliver a positive and seamless customer experience, ensuring that our customers feel valued and supported.

Responsibilities

* Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and product information via phone, email, or chat

  • Resolve issues promptly, aiming for first-contact resolution and exceeding customer satisfaction targets
  • Navigate systems to provide accurate and timely information, including access to customer accounts and order history
  • Deliver a positive and seamless customer experience, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional support
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and arenaflex's policies and procedures
  • Meet or exceed performance targets, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and quality metrics

Qualifications

* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner

  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering outstanding service and exceeding customer expectations
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
