Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Manager / Customer Support / General Virtual Assistant to our CEO. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and helping to manage multiple projects, performing tasks, and coordinating tasks of others with a particular focus on Facebook Ads. You will also be responsible for communicating directly with clients through our Basecamp project management system, responding to customer queries, and providing general administrative support to our CEO.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee and help manage multiple projects, performing tasks and coordinating tasks of others with a particular focus on Facebook Ads

  • Communicate directly with clients through our Basecamp project management system
  • Respond to customer queries and provide general administrative support to our CEO
  • Perform tasks and coordinate tasks of others, including graphic design, video editing, copywriting, website creation, social media management, online lead generation and follow up, and product research
  • Manage and optimize Facebook and Google Ads campaigns
  • Provide quality control and proofreading of SEO blogs written by our team based in India
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with our team to identify and implement new opportunities and strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing

Essential Requirements

* Based in the Philippines

  • Excellent written English
  • Facebook Ads experience (knowledge of or previous management of Facebook ad campaigns)
  • Google Ads experience (knowledge of or previous management of Google Adword and Shopping campaigns)
  • Proven experience with an English-speaking employer or clients
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fast computer and high-speed internet (with reliable power)
  • Graphic design skills on Canva or similar platforms

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with video editing, copywriting, website creation, social media management, online lead generation and follow up, and product research

  • Knowledge of or previous management of video editing, copywriting, website creation, social media management, online lead generation and follow up, and product research
  • Google Certification

  • Google Ads Setup and Optimisation (10%)
  • Responding to Customer Queries via Basecamp across all projects (10%)
