- Assisting customers with booking flights, making changes to existing reservations, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have

- Processing refunds and exchanges as needed
- Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure excellent customer service
Requirements
To be successful as a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll need:- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
