Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our Spanish-speaking clients, handling inbound and outbound customer service calls, addressing questions, and providing exceptional customer service. You'll work efficiently and accurately to submit orders, document conversations, and ensure all clients have an order on file. Your ability to deescalate situations and resolve customer complaints quickly will be invaluable in this role.

Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls with our clients placing their meal orders

  • Address questions and provide exceptional customer service to our Spanish-speaking clients
  • Input order information into the appropriate client order screen
  • Document all conversations with clients into the client information database
  • Ensure all assigned clients are contacted and have an order on file
  • Contact case managers via telephone, email, and/or fax when a special situation arises regarding one of their clients
  • Work quickly and efficiently without making the client feel rushed
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge

Requirements

* Bilingual (English/Spanish)

  • High school degree or GED
  • 1 year of previous customer service experience
  • Previous knowledge and experience using the Microsoft Office suite (Word/Excel/Outlook)
  • Clear oral communication skills
  • Ability to deescalate situations and quickly resolve customer complaints
  • Prior experience adhering to company policies and showing core values
  • Must have a wired internet connection using an ethernet port. Broadband internet wired to the home is required - Cable Modem/service or Fiber Optic. No Satellite, 4/5G, or DSL circuits
  • Must have a quiet workspace that is free from distraction

Preferred Qualifications

* 1 year of previous call center experience

  • Previous experience with auto dialer, multi-line phone system, and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
  • Previous experience working with HIPAA policies and procedures

Physical Requirements

* Repetitive motions that include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers

  • Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting, remaining in a stationary position for prolonged periods
  • Visual perception to perform job including peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus

Work Environment

* Fully remote position with the flexibility to work from home

  • Work hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm Mountain Time/7:00am-4:00pm Pacific Time with the potential for overtime
  • Must be located in Idaho, Nevada, Texas, or Utah (applicants outside these states will not be considered)
