We are seeking highly motivated and passionate golf enthusiasts to join our team as remote chat representatives on titleist.com. As a Titleist Brand Ambassador and Golf Expert, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, sharing your knowledge and passion for the Titleist brand, and creating a unique and effective shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities and Duties:
As a remote chat representative on titleist.com, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service and support to customers through live chat
* Sharing your knowledge and passion for the Titleist brand and its products
* Engaging and inspiring dedicated golfers with Titleist brand and product knowledge
* Explaining complex concepts at the customer's knowledge level
* Comparing and analyzing competitor products
* Showing empathy to customers in stressful situations
* Utilizing Titleist golf equipment and familiarizing yourself with the Titleist site and related media
* Maintaining a high level of performance and quality excellence
Requirements and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 5+ years of golf experience
* Knowledge of the Titleist product line
* Golf club fitting experience
* Familiarity with top component brands
* Ability to engage and inspire dedicated golfers with Titleist brand and product knowledge
* Ability to explain complex concepts at the customer's knowledge level
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to type at least 35 wpm
* Reliable internet connection and a desktop or laptop with Chrome browser
* Familiarity with the Titleist site and related media
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working in a customer-facing role
* Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online shopping experiences
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Familiarity with social media platforms and online communities
