Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced customer support representative to join our global customer support team in Mexico City, Mexico. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving complex issues, and providing timely and accurate solutions to our subscribers around the world. Responsibilities

As a customer support representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer experiences through clear and effective communication, both written and verbal
  • Resolving complex issues and providing timely and accurate solutions to our subscribers
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve customer satisfaction
  • Managing multiple customer inquiries simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines
  • Documenting customer interactions, problems, and resolutions to track trends and improve processes
  • Staying up-to-date with new products, services, and technologies to provide expert support and guidance
  • Working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where no two days are ever the same

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., communications, customer service, business administration)
  • Three+ years of experience in customer support, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage complex tasks and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to drive business outcomes
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (or other languages as required)

Preferred Qualifications

* PMP certification or equivalent experience

  • Experience in the entertainment industry or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Experience with social media and online communities
  • Ability to work in a remote or flexible work environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
