Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues through live chat, phone, and email
  • Providing accurate and timely information about arenaflex services and products
  • Troubleshooting complex issues and escalating them to higher-level support teams when necessary
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and empathy
  • Documenting interactions and resolving issues in our CRM system
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer experiences
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a support or service industry

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different client personalities and communication styles
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, email, and chat platforms
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a remote work environment or customer support role

  • Experience with ticketing systems, knowledge bases, and other support tools
