Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and provide a warm welcome to our store
  • Run the register, cashier, and make purchase suggestions to enhance the customer shopping experience
  • Work with our food program to provide customers with a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience
  • Contribute to maintaining our high standards for store appearance and providing fast and friendly service to our customers
  • Interact with customers daily, providing excellent customer care and communication
  • Work collaboratively with a fun and energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and goals
  • Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance to ensure seamless customer service

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
  • Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to achieving daily goals
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
