Summary

The Client Services Intern will support both Client Services and cross-functional teams with data organization, reporting, and internal projects. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience while contributing to work that directly improves efficiency and team operations.

Key Responsibilities

Support the build-out of a centralized database in partnership with internal teams Ensure data is organized, accurate, and usable for ongoing reporting and analysis Assist with internal organization across Client Services, including: Documentation clean-up Reporting support Financial tracking Process consistency Help maintain trackers, materials, and internal resources used by the team Support preparation for client reporting and QBR materials Assist with ad hoc projects focused on improving how the team operates Education and Experience Current undergraduate student Strong attention to detail and organization skills Comfortable working in Excel and handling data Able to manage multiple tasks and follow through Clear and professional communication Details 20 hours per week June – August 2026 Work Environment / Physical Demands This position is in a typical office environment which requires prolonged sitting in front of a computer. Requires hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office equipment including operation of standard computer and phone equipment. May have occasional high stress when dealing with customers/clients. Some travel may be required.
